Troubleshooting

The following are frequently asked questions:

1. My application had an error and it is no longer starting or is not usable.

 

   STEPS:

  • With the application shutdown
  • Go you where your data files are located which was selected when you installed the application
  • Rename the last file 
  • Start the application - If persists but go back and do the same on 2 files, then 3, etc...
